FIDELITY TO OUR MISSION
Loyalty to and pride in the health care facility are exemplified by members of the health care family through their joy and respect in empathetically ministering to patients, visitors and co-workers.
In openness and concern for the welfare of the patients, especially the aged, the poor and the disabled, the staff works with select associations and organizations to provide a continuum of care commensurate with the individual's needs.
The witness of Franciscan presence throughout the institution encompasses, but is not limited to, joyful availability, compassionate, respectful care and dynamic stewardship in the service of the Church.

Franciscan Health has and continues to seek opportunities to serve others in the Carmel/Fishers areas and establish closer relationships with all OneZone member organizations and individuals.
How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
Our clinical and support staff continually look for ways to better serve our patients, visitors and vendors. It is a never-ending process.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from OneZone? FORUM enjoys the variety of education and networking sessions offered by OneZone. Events such as the Young Professional networking mixers and the Legislative breakfasts, for example, provide a diverse option for various employee interests.
How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry? FORUM employees stay connected with industry trends in a variety of ways, including participation in national credit union specific trade groups, local executive networking groups, and regular discussions through various channels with our members. Staying connected to our members through formal and informal channels ensures that we provide the products and services they want now and in the future.
