The President’s Award is Primrose Schools’ highest honor. It recognizes Franchise Owners who embody the company’s values and demonstrate a commitment to the Primrose Schools Standard of Excellence Accreditation, a rigorous and recurring evaluation that all Primrose schools undergo to ensure the quality of curriculum implementation, staff training, campus environment, business management and philanthropic initiatives, among other criteria.
Jo Kirchner, CEO of Primrose Schools, presented the Smiths with the award during the company’s recent National Conference, which took place April 10-13 on Amelia Island in Florida.
“Mindy and Scott commit their time to serving the families of Indianapolis and following the Primrose vision to provide the best and most trusted early education and care to the children and families of their community,” said Kirchner. “Their love for their community and staff and passion for providing an unparalleled early learning experience is evident in everything they do, and I’m thrilled to recognize them with this much-deserved honor.”
Primrose Schools was founded in 1982 with the same mission, vision and values that remain with the company today. Giving without expecting, serving with passion, delivering service excellence and partnering with parents are all pillars of the Primrose experience that Franchise Owners like the Smiths bring to communities across the country.
“Opening our first Primrose school was a dream come true for us, and opening our second school in Carmel’s business district was even more exciting,” said Mindy Smith. [CC1] “We are honored to receive this prestigious award on behalf of all the families we serve, who allow us to be partners in their children’s education and development, and on behalf of our teachers and staff at both locations, who share our passion for providing the best early learning experience possible.”
