will add 23 new employees to its fast growing company.
Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO)
company, will be hiring 23 new employees to join its existing team of 14. Between HCC and its
sister company, ExactHire, 35 new jobs will be created. Combined, the two companies will
invest up to $250,000 in support of the hirings as part of Indiana’s Economic Development
Corporation’s conditional tax credits.

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered Human Capital Concepts (in
conjunction with its sister company, ExactHire) up to $275,000 in conditional tax credits based
on the company’s job creation plans. These tax credits are performance-based, meaning until
Hoosiers are hired, the company is not eligible to claim incentives. Human Capital Concepts is
hiring for positions including accounting, human resources, sales, benefits and payroll
